Chinese Fragrant Barbecue Pork ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cream sherry
- c soy sauce
- 1 t Sugar
- 1 T Ginger
- 1 T garlic
- 2 lb pork roast
- c Catsup
- 1 T Dry mustard
- 3 t water
Cooking Chinese Fragrant Barbecue Pork
1. Combine wine, soy, sugar, ginger, and garlic-mix well.
2. Pour over pork to coat well.
3. Cover and chill for 4-24 hours.
4. Remove from marinade.
5. Place onto a rack, in a disposable pan. Place pan onto a grill over hot coals.
6. Cover and grill for 60 minutes, basting and turning often cover and grill to an internal temperature of 155 degrees combine catsup with remaining marinade-mix well.
7. Brush onto roast.
8. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
9. Remove from grill.
10. Combine dry mustard and water-mix well.
11. Slice pork thinly.
12. Serve hot or warm, with catsup sauce and mustard mixture to the side.
