Chinese cooking sauce

Chinese cooking sauce ingredients
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 T Distilled vinegar
- 1 T Dry sherry
- 2 T soy sauce
- 3 T chicken broth
- 2 t Cornstarch
Cooking Chinese cooking sauce
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. When your stir-fry is just about done, move the stir-fry to the outside of the wok. Add the cooking sauce to the center and mix with juices.
3. When mixed toss with stir-fry to coat.
