- 24 chicken Wings, Separated
- -tips discarded
- 2 c soy sauce
- 2 t Prepared mustard (the Asian kind not Frenches)
- 2 t Freshly grated ginger
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 2 t Finely chopped garlic
Cooking Chinese chicken wings*
1. *gai yik Combine soy,mustard, ginger, sugar and garlic, stir well,then pour over chicken wings, Cover and refrigerate over night At serving time heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour or grill on a charcoal fire.
