Chinese chicken salad, low fat ingredients
- 2 c Chicken breast, cooked
- Skinless, boneless
- 4 oz Water chestnuts, drained
- Sliced
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Celery, diced
- 2483527⁄624973141 c sour cream, fat free
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Ranch dressing, fat free
- 1 t curry powder
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1 t Lemon juice
Cooking Chinese chicken salad, low fat
1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
2. Mixi together chicken, water chestnuts, and celery.
3. Blend together the sour cream, fat free dressing, curry powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
4. Pour over the chicken mixture.
5. Stiri in the grapes.
6. Chill several hours.
7. Per serving: fat 2. 2 gm, chol.
8. 42 mg, calories 158 13% from fat, protein 17 gm, carb.
