- 6 c Seasoned rice vinegar
- 4 c water
- 3 lb Sugar
- 2 c Plum sauce
- 3⁄4 c soy sauce
- 2 T Fresh ginger root
- 1 T garlic Puree
- 1 T Sesame oil
Cooking Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing
1. Heat vinegar in a saucepan, over a moderate flame Add sugar and water, heat and stir to dissolve sugar remove from heat Stiri in remaining ingredients-mix well Cover and chill for 4-48 hours Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
