Chinese Chicken 2 ingredients
- 1 lb boned chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T Oil
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 T Cornstarch
- 1 cn chicken broth
- 2 carrots, cut diagonally in thin strips
- 1 c snow peas pods
- 1 cn baby corn, drained
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 T Ground ginger
- 1 c Instant rice
Cooking Chinese Chicken 2
1. Cook chicken and garlic in hot oil till light brown Add soy sauce with the cornstarch in small bowl Combine the chicken Add broth, veggies and ginger Cook and stir till thickened and comes to a full boil Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork If you cannot find snow pea pods use broccoli florets instead.
