Chinese chews ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t baking powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 1 c Dates, chopped
  • 1 c Nuts, chopped

Cooking Chinese chews

1. Beat eggs until light.
2. Add sugar and blend.
3. Sifti together dry ingredients, add to egg mixture.
4. Stiri in dates and nuts.
5. Spread mixture in well buttered pan and bake in slow oven 300°F.
6. About 20 minutes.
7. When cool cut into squares and roll in granulated sugar.
