Chinese Broccoli and Almonds

Chinese Broccoli and Almonds ingredients
- 4 Idaho potato
- 3 T Peanut oil
- 1 Onions
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 pk Frozen broccoli
- 1 1⁄2 c chicken broth
- 1 t Vinegar
- 1 T Cornstarch
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1⁄3 c almonds
- 1⁄4 c Pimientos
Cooking Chinese Broccoli and Almonds
1. In large skillet, heat oil; saute onion and garlic until onion is transparent.
2. Add broccoli, chicken broth and vinegar.
3. Mixi cornstarch with soy sauce, stir into skillet; bring to a boil, boil 1 minute.
4. Just before serving stir in almonds and pimiento.
5. Spoon topping over each blossomed potato.
