Chinaberry salad

Chinaberry salad ingredients
- 4 c Cooked chicken, diced
- 1 c Celery, chopped
- 1 c Pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cn (1lb) chinese vegetables drained
- 1 bn Scallions, sliced
- Lettuce, or cabbage leaves
- 1 c Cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
- 1 c Prepared low-calorie Italian style dressing
Cooking Chinaberry salad
1. In a large bowl, mix chicken, celery, pineapple, chinese vegetables and scallions.
2. Spoon mixture innto salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
3. In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce and dressing until smooth and well blended.
4. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat all pieces.
5. Makes 8 serving.
6. Approx 164 calories per serving.
