Chilled pear-mint soup ingredients
- 4 Ripe medium pears
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Firmly packed mint leaves
- 1 c Half-and-half
- 1 T Sugar
- 2 T Lime Juice
Cooking Chilled pear-mint soup
1. Recipe by: betty crocker"s cookbook pare and core pears.
2. Cut into large pieces.
3. Place pear pieces and remaining ingredients in blender or food processor.
4. Cover and blend on high speed, or process, 3 minutes or until smooth.
5. Refrigerate 5 hours or until chilled.
6. Stiri before serving.
7. Garnishi with mint leaves if desired.
8. Refrigerate any remaining soup.
9. 6 servings (½ cup each); 120 calories per serving.
