Chili sauce

Chili sauce ingredients
- 2 Finely chopped red chili
- -peppers or
- 2 T Chili powder
- 1⁄4 c Finely chopped onion
- 3 T Finely chopped green pepper
- 1 T butter
- 8 oz Can tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 c water
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1 ds Black or red pepper
Cooking Chili sauce
1. Using a small skillet cook chopped onion, green pepper, garlic, and chili pepper in butter, till tender.
2. Add tomato sauce, water, and pepper.
3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
4. Makes 1 ½ cups.
