Chili sauce ingredients

  • 1⁄5 dl Oil, sesame
  • 30 g Chili peppers, fresh
  • 20 g Shallots
  • 10 g garlic
  • 1⁄5 dl Lemon juice, fresh pressed
  • 10 g Sugar
  • 1 dl Soya sauce, kikkoman
  • 1⁄50 chicken stock
  • 5 g Salt

Cooking Chili sauce

1. HEAT SESAME OIL IN A SAUTEUSE SAUTE CHOPPED GARLIC, SHALLOTS AND CHILLIES ADD LEMON JUICE, SUGAR, SOY, CHICKEN STOCK AND SEASON WITH SALT THIS SAUCE IS SERVED WITH HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE.
