Chili sauce ingredients
- 1⁄5 dl Oil, sesame
- 30 g Chili peppers, fresh
- 20 g Shallots
- 10 g garlic
- 1⁄5 dl Lemon juice, fresh pressed
- 10 g Sugar
- 1 dl Soya sauce, kikkoman
- 1⁄50 chicken stock
- 5 g Salt
Cooking Chili sauce
1. HEAT SESAME OIL IN A SAUTEUSE SAUTE CHOPPED GARLIC, SHALLOTS AND CHILLIES ADD LEMON JUICE, SUGAR, SOY, CHICKEN STOCK AND SEASON WITH SALT THIS SAUCE IS SERVED WITH HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE.
