Chili Quiche ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
  • 10 Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 oz Green chili peppr; chop
  • Ortego
  • 1 part Cottage cheese; small curd
  • 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese; grated
  • Or 1/2 Cheddar 1/2 Jack

Cooking Chili Quiche

1. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven.
2. Beat eggs lightly.
3. Add flour, bkg pwd and salt; mix well.
4. Add melted butter, cottage cheese, cheeses and peppers.
5. Bakei 400-15 minutes; then 350 - 35-40 minutes; or until firm.
