- 1 c Onions; chopped fine
- 1 clv Garlic, chopped finely
- 2 T Chili powder

- 2 c Kidney beans
- 1 T Malt vinegar

Cooking Chili con carne 2
1. Browni beef in hot pan, stir in onion, arlic, and chili powder.
2. Cook, stirring often until onion is tender; add rest of indgredients; bring to a boil.
3. Reducei heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
