Chili chicken #2 ingredients

  • 1 T Virgin olive oil
  • 2 clv garlic, minced
  • 3 Bell peppers, red green yellow cut into strips
  • 2 med Onions, sliced
  • 1 t Cumin, ground

  • 2 t Fresh hot chili pepper or
  • 1 t Dried hot pepper flakes
  • 12 oz chicken breasts, skinned,
  • -and boneless
  • 3 T Fresh lemon juice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Black pepper
  • 2 T Fresh parsley, chopped

Cooking Chili chicken #2

1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil, add garlic and cook 1 munute.
2. Add bell strips, sliced onion, cumin, oregano, and chile.
3. Mixi, cover, and cook over medium heat 10 minutes.
4. Slice chicken in ½" strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.
5. Add vegetables; stir.
6. Cook, covered, medium heat 10 minutes more.
7. Stirring occasionally.
8. Add salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
