  • 2 Scallions
  • 1 garlic
  • 8 oz Tomato

Cooking Chiles con Queso Norte

1. Combine ingredients in a food processor.
2. Process 5-10 seconds, until minced.
3. Pour into a chafing dish.
4. Heat slowly to melt cheese, stirring occaisionally.
5. Serve hot.
