Chile-Chicken Pate with Almonds

Chile-Chicken Pate with Almonds ingredients
- 2 c Cooked chicken
- 1⁄4 c Unsalted butter
- 3 T white wine
- 1 t garlic Puree
- 1 t Fresh lemon juice
- 1 T Liquid hot pepper sauce
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 2 T Sour cream
- 4 oz diced green chilis
- 1⁄4 c blanched almonds
Cooking Chile-Chicken Pate with Almonds
1. Combine ingredients-mix well.
2. Spoon into a plastic-lined gelatin mold Cover and chill until firm.
3. Invert onto a serving platter.
4. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers to the side.
