Chicken& Spaghetti, Iii ingredients

  • 1 Large hen
  • 1 c Celery, diced
  • garlic as desired
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 lb Grated cheese
  • 2 cn Whole tomatoes, #2 cn.
  • 2 Med. bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 large Can mushrooms, diced
  • 1 pk spaghetti

Cooking Chicken& Spaghetti, Iii

1. Cook hen in water until tender.
2. Remove and debone.
3. Skimi fat from broth to use in sauce.
4. Combine fat, tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and garlic.
5. Simmeri abt. 3 hrs. , adding broth as needed.
6. Cook spaghetti in remaining broth, adding a little water if necessary.
7. Add a couple of bouillon cubes to boost flavor, if desired.
8. Drain.
9. In 3 to 5 qt. casserole dish layer spaghetti, chicken, sauce and cheese.
10. Put last layer of cheese on just before serving.
