Chicken With Evap Milk

1. put chicken wings in a large bowl.
2. add carnation evep milk.
3. dash of parsley.
4. peppre salt and marinade over night if u marinade over night.
5. and get the flour put a dash of parsley and pepper and salt.
6. shake it in to hte cellophane.
