Chicken vindaloo

Chicken vindaloo ingredients
- 1 Chicken, separated into
- -frying pieces
- 6 small Chilies, red
- 2 Clove garlic, crushed
- 3⁄4 c Vinegar
- 1 T Ginger, chopped
- 1 t Cumin seeds
- 1 t Coriander seeds
- 1 t fenugreek seeds
- 1 t turmeric, ground
- 1 T Sugar
- 3 T butter
Cooking Chicken vindaloo
1. Approx.
2. Cook time: 45 minutes in blender, process chilies, garlic, vinegar, ginger, seeds, turmeric and sugar till smooth.
3. Pour over chicken in large bowl.
4. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
5. Heat butter in large frying pan. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving mixture.
6. Fryi chicken until browned.
7. Add reserved mixture, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer until chicken is tender (about 30 min).
