Chicken teriyaki 2 ingredients

  • 2 Whole chicken breasts, split
  • -In Half
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c soy sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Dry sherry
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground ginger

Cooking Chicken teriyaki 2

1. Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a single layer in a shallow dish.
2. Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic, and ginger; pour over chicken.
3. Marinatei in refrigerator, turning once or twice, for 2 hours.
4. Preheat broiler.
5. Remove chicken from marinade.
6. Spray rack in broiler pan with vegetable spray; place chicken on rack.
7. Broili 5 to 6 inches from heat, turning once and basting with marinade, about 10 minutes.
8. Serves Prep: 5 mins.
9. Marinate: 2 hrs.
10. Cook: 10 mins.
