Chicken Supreme 3 ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 T butter
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 c Heavy Cream
- 1 c Seasoned flour
- 1⁄2 t garlic Powder
- 1⁄2 t Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Chicken Supreme 3
1. have chicken breasts boned and skined, then pound to flatten.
2. Dredgei chicken in the seasoned flour, and saute in the butter until golden brown.
3. Remove chickrn and set aside Add brandy to skillet and flame.
4. When flame dies, add heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
