Chicken Salad Pate with Almonds

Chicken Salad Pate with Almonds ingredients
- 2 c Cooked chicken
- 1⁄4 c Onions
- 1⁄4 c Celery
- 1⁄4 c Water Chestnuts
- 1⁄4 c bread and butter pickles
- 2 dr Liquid hot pepper sauce
- 1⁄4 c blanched almonds
- 1⁄2 c Mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t white pepper
- 1 lb assorted savory crackers
Cooking Chicken Salad Pate with Almonds
1. Chopi almonds fine, reserving a few as garnish.
2. Combine ingredients-mix well.
3. Pack tightly into a plastic-lined mold.
4. Chill until firm.
5. Invert onto a serving platter.
6. Garnishi with whole toasted almonds.
7. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature,.
8. With assorted savory crackers to the side.
