Chicken Salad ingredients
- 3 c chicken; dice & boil
- 3 T lemon juice, fresh
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Dry mustard
- 1 t curry powder

- 1 c Pineapple; tidbits drained
- 2483527⁄624973141 c slivered almonds -- toasted
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Water chestnuts; diced
Cooking Chicken Salad
1. Tossi chicken with lemon juice in large bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
3. Combine next 4 ingredients in small bowl.
4. Add remaining ingredients to chicken and toss lightly.
5. Blend in mayonnaise mixture.
