Chicken rockefeller 2 ingredients

  • 10 oz Pkg frozen chopped spinach
  • Thawed and well drained
  • 1 Eggs, beaten
  • c Commercial sour cream
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt

  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Red Pepper
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 T Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 chicken breast halves
  • Skinned, boned
  • Pepper
  • 3 T butter Or margarine
  • - melted

Cooking Chicken rockefeller 2

1. Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well; set aside.
2. Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese; set aside.
3. place each chicken breast betwee sheets of wax paper; flatten to ¼-inch thickness using a meat mall or rolling pin. Sprinkle with pepper.
4. Place spinach mixture evenly in center of each chicken breast.
5. Foldi long sides of chicken over spinach mixture; fold ends over and secure with a wooden pick.
6. Roll chicken in breadcrumb mixture, and place in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
7. Sprinkle with remaining breadcrumb mixture, and drizzle with butter.
8. Bakei at 350 °F for 35 to 40 minutes.
