  • 1 med Eggplant, peel, chop coarse
  • 2 Tomatoes, chop coarse
  • 2 small Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, 1" pcs
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 clv garlic, minced
  • 1 t Dry basil leaves
  • 1 t Dried oregano leaves
