Chicken Pate ingredients

  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c chicken Breast,cooked,minced
  • 8 oz Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 3 t Chopped onion
  • 2 t Dry sherry
  • 2 t Mayonnaise (diet)
  • 2 t Lemon juice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Hot sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground nutmeg
  • 1 dsp Paprika

Cooking Chicken Pate

1. Combine chicken (which has been finely chopped), Neufchatel, onion, sherry, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, and nutmeg in container of electric blender; process until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to a 2 cup mold coated with cooking spray (Pam).
3. Cover, and chill overnight.
4. Unmold onto a serving plate.
5. Sprinkle with paprika.
6. Garnishi with parsley sprigs, if desired.
7. Serve with Melbai toast rounds or unsalted crackers.
