Chicken Parmigiana 2 ingredients

  • c Bread crumbs
  • 2 t Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Italian seasoning
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder
  • 1 lb chicken breasts without
  • skin
  • 1 Eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz Tomato sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Mozzarella cheese --
  • Shredded

Cooking Chicken Parmigiana 2

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow bowl.
2. Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture to evenly coat.
3. Place chicken on a cookie sheet or jelly-roll pan. Bakei in preheated 375F oven for 10 minutes.
4. Turn chicken over; bake 10-12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
5. Spoon tomato sauce over chicken.
6. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 3 minutes or until chicken is melted.
