- 1 lb Boneless chicken breast
- 16 8 to 10 inch skewer
Cooking Chicken Panang on Skewers
1. Cut chicken into long thin strips, about 6 strips per breast.
2. Thread chicken onto skewers.
3. Prepare Panang Curryi Saucei.
4. Put skewered chicken into container.
5. Pour hot Panang Curry Sauce over chicken and refrigerate at least one hour.
6. Grilli chicken over hot coals or broil on high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side.
