Chicken mole 2 ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1⁄4 c olive oil
  • 1 cn Chopped green chilies sm
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Can tomato sauce
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 2 t Chili powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 1⁄4 t Tabasco
  • 2 Whole Cloves
  • 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 2 T Creamy peanut butter

Cooking Chicken mole 2

1. Browni chicken in oil and remove.
2. Sautei onion and garlic and add green chilies.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Stiri until chocolate is melted.
5. Replace chicken and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
6. Serve over cooked rice.
