Chicken marinade

Chicken marinade ingredients
- 1 t Fine sliced fresh ginger
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1⁄4 c Lemon juice
- 2 T Brown sugar
- 1⁄4 c olive oil
- 1⁄4 c soy sauce
- 1 Green onion, chopped
Cooking Chicken marinade
1. Combine marinade ingredients.
2. Place in glass bowl or dish that will hold chicken in single layer.
3. Add chicken; let marinate a minimum of 4 hours, turning occasionally.
4. May be left in fridge, covered overnight.
5. Remove chicken from marinade.
6. Grilli chicken on barbecue, basting with marinade at intervals, or bake 30 to 45 minutes in 350°F degree oven or until cooked through.
