Chicken livers w/glazed apples ingredients

  • 3 Green onions (with tops), sl
  • 2 T margarine or butter

  • 2 med Cooking apples, each cored And cut into eighths
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Packed brown sugar

Cooking Chicken livers w/glazed apples

1. Chickeni livers with glazed apples.
2. Cook chicken livers and onions in margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until livers are brown.
3. Sprinkle with salt.
4. Push to one side of skillet.
5. place apples in skillet.
6. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
7. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and glazed.
8. Serve sauce over livers.
9. Garnishi with sliced green onion tops if desired.
