Chicken liver teriyaki ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken livers
  • 1⁄2 c soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 c Sugar
  • 1⁄2 c water
  • Soy sauce or mustard for dipping

Cooking Chicken liver teriyaki

1. Marinatei livers in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and water for at least 2 hours.
2. Place livers on skewers.
3. Cook on hibachi or grill until done.
4. Serve with soy sauce or mustard for dipping.
