Chicken Liver and Spaghetti Bake

Chicken Liver and Spaghetti Bake ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb Hamburger
- 2 small Onion, chopped
- 1 large Green pepper, chopped
- 2 T Vegatable oil
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 6 oz Tomato paste
- 1 t Ground basil
- 1 t Chili powder
- 1 t Salt
- 1 lb chicken livers, cut up
- 1 T Melted butter
- 1⁄2 lb Thin spaghetti
Cooking Chicken Liver and Spaghetti Bake
1. Simmeri hamburger, onions, green pepper and oil until meat has lost red color.
2. Sievei tomatoes and add with tomato paste and seasonings.
3. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
4. Simmer livers and butter for 10 minutes and add to meat mixture.
5. Cook spaghetti, drain and place in a 2 quart dish.
6. Pour on meat sauce and toss lightly.
7. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
