- 3 lb Skinned chicken breasts
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1⁄4 t Oregano
- 2 T Dry white wine
Cooking Chicken italian (low salt,low fat)
1. Pepper to taste if using whole chicken, cut chicken in half.
2. Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients.
3. Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
