Chicken in a skillet ingredients

  • 3 lb Cut up chicken
  • 1 Env onion soup mix
  • 1 cn Whole Peeled Tomatoes *
  • 1⁄3 c water

Cooking Chicken in a skillet

1. * 14-½ oz can, drained and chopped (reserve liquid) in 3 quart casserole heat chicken, uncovered, on high 12 mins, re- arranging once; drain.
2. Add tomatoes, then onion soup mix blended with water and reserved liquid.
3. Heat, covered, 14 mins or until chicken is tender, rearranging chicken once.
4. Let stand covered 5 mins.
