Chicken Honey Nut Stir Fry ingredients

  • 1 lb Skinless boneless chicken br
  • 3⁄4 c Orange juice
  • 1⁄3 c Honey
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 T Cornstarch
  • 1⁄4 t Ground ginger
  • 2 T Vegatable oil
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Celery
  • 1⁄2 c Cashews

Cooking Chicken Honey Nut Stir Fry

1. Cut chicken into thin strips and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger; mix well.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add carrots and celery; stir-fry about 3 minutes.
5. Remove vegetables and set aside.
6. Pour remaining oil into skillet.
7. Add chicken; stir-fry about 3 minutes.
8. Return vegetables to skillet; add sauce mixture and nuts.
9. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened.
10. Serve over hot rice.
