1. PASS ALL INGREDIENTS THROUGH FINEST MEAT GRINDER SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER PLACE A SMALL SPOON OF MIXTURE ONTO WON TON WRAPPER FOLD INTO DESIRED SHAPE STEAM UNTIL COOKED, ARRANGE IN BASKETS SERVE SOY AND CHILLI SAUCE SEPARATELY.
