Chicken Donburi ingredients
- 2 T Vegatable oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced thin
- 1 med white onion, sliced thin
- 4 T water
- 4 T soy sauce
- 2 T Mirin
- 1 t dashi granules
- 5 large Egg; lightly beaten
- 2 Green onions, sliced thin
Cooking Chicken Donburi
1. Heat oil in wok over high Stirfry chicken, set aside Reheat wok Stirfry onion Add water, soy sauce, mirin and dashi Bring to a boil Return chicken to wok Pour in eggs and green onion Stir until thickened Serve over steamed short grain rice.
