Chicken Dijon

Chicken Dijon ingredients
- 6 Whole chicken breasts
- Skinned, boned & halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- c yogurt
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Dijon mustard
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Fine bread crumbs
- 1 t Dried thyme, crumbled
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
Cooking Chicken Dijon
1. 1>. Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Lightly grease 1 or 2 large baking sheets.
2. 2>. Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Stiri together yogurt and mustard in a small bowl.
4. Spread mixture on bottom sides of chicken.
5. Place on baking sheets, coated side down, leaving space between pieces.
6. Spread mixture over top. Combine bread crumbs, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
7. Sprinkle over chicken.
8. 3>. Bakei for 30 to 35 minutes until golden-brown and no longer pink in the center.
