Chicken Curry Kabobs On Rice ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Yogurt, plain
  • 1⁄4 t curry powder
  • 1⁄4 t Ginger
  • 1 1⁄2 lb chicken breasts
  • 3 c Rice, cooked
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 t garlic, minced
  • 1⁄4 t Chili powder
  • 1⁄4 t Salt
  • 6 Skewers
  • 1 Tomato, large, chopped parsley

Cooking Chicken Curry Kabobs On Rice

1. Mixi yogurt, garlic and spices.
2. Marinatei in refrigerator at least 6 hours, turning occasionally.
3. Soak bamboo skewers for 1 hours.
4. Drain and discard marinade.
5. Thread chicken on skewers.
6. Cook 8 to 10 minutes on grill, turning twice.
7. Tossi rice with tomato and green onions.
8. Serve skewers over rice.
