Chicken Cantonese With Rice ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb chicken breast, cut in strips
- 2 T Oil
- 1 c Celery, sliced
- 1 carrot, sut diagaonally
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 c chicken broth
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 pk Snow pea pods
- 1⁄2 c Sliced water chestnuts
- 1⁄2 t Ground ginger
- 1 1⁄2 c Instant rice
Cooking Chicken Cantonese With Rice
1. Cook and stir chicken in hot oil till light brown Add celery, carrots and onion cook about 5 minutes Add broth, soy sauce, snow peas, water chestnuts and ginger Bring to boil Stiri in rice Cover and remove, let stand 5 minutes then fluff with fork.
