Chicken and roasted pepper boboli pizza ingredients

  • 1 large Boboli shell or 4 small
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 clv garlic, minced
  • 1⁄2 c Onions, sliced
  • 1⁄2 c roasted red pepper strips
  • 1⁄2 c Heavy Cream
  • 2 T Tomato paste
  • 1⁄4 t Red pepper flakes
  • 1 c Cooked slivered chicken

Cooking Chicken and roasted pepper boboli pizza

1. Bakei boboli shell on ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees until crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Heat oil in skillet.
3. Sautei garlic in oil; remove garlic.
4. Add onion to skillet and saute until tender.
5. Add pepper strips, cream, tomato paste and red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
6. Cook and stir until thickened and well blended, about 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Add chicken and heat.
8. Spoon into cavity of boboli shell.
