Chicken and Rice Casserole

Chicken and Rice Casserole ingredients
- 1 c Rice -- uncooked
- Salt and pepper
- chicken pieces
- 1 pk onion soup mix -- dry
- water
Cooking Chicken and Rice Casserole
1. Place rice in bottom of 9x13 pan. Salti and pepper chicken pieces.
2. Place on top of rice.
3. Sprinkle 1 package onion soup mix on top of chicken.
4. Spoon 2 cups of water over top. If desired, sprinkle green pepper over all. Cover with foil.
5. Bakei at 450 for 20 minutes.
6. Reducei to 350 and bake for 1 hour.
