Chicken Almondine au Vin ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c butter
  • 4 Skinless boneless chicken br
  • 1⁄2 c blanched almonds
  • 2 T Oil
  • 1⁄4 c butter
  • 1⁄4 c Onion
  • 1⁄4 lb Mushroom
  • 1 c Champagne
  • 1⁄2 c Cream
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t white pepper
  • parsley

Cooking Chicken Almondine au Vin

1. Coat chicken with melted butter.
2. Seasoni with salt and white pepper.
3. Place into a roasting.
4. Place almonds into a shallow baking pan, sprinkle lightly with oil, and toss to coat evenly.
5. Add onions and mushrooms.
6. Heat and stir for 10 minutes, until onions are golden sprinkle with flour, heat and stir for 1 minute.
7. Stiri in champagne, heat and stir until thickened slightly place chicken onto a serving platter.
8. Ladle sauce over chicken.
9. Garnishi with parsley and toasted almond slices.
10. Serve hot.
