Chick peas in olive-tahini sauce ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 3 large Celery stalks, chopped
- 1 med Red or green bell pepper
- -chopped
- Olive-tahini sauce -- see

- 3 c Cooked Chick peas
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Wheat germ
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Marjoram
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Coriander
- Black pepper
Cooking Chick peas in olive-tahini sauce
1. Heat oil in large skillet.
2. When hot, add garlic, onion & celery & saute till onion is translucent.
3. Add bell pepper & saute till vegetables are lightly browned.
4. Remove from heat & pour olive-tahini sauce into the skillet along with the remaining ingredients.
5. Return to low heat & simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
6. Serve over rice or other grain.
