Cherry Vanilla Ribbon Pie 2 ingredients
- ---Crust----
- 1 1⁄2 c Cornflake crumbs
- 1 T Oil
- ---FILLING---
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese -- softened
- 14 oz fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 3⁄4 c Cold water
- 3 3⁄8 oz fat-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 c Cool Whip Lite® -- thawed
- 21 oz cherry pie filling -- chilled
Cooking Cherry Vanilla Ribbon Pie 2
1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9 pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
2. To prepare crust, combine corn flake crumbs and oil in a small mixing bowl.
3. Press into prepared pan. Bakei for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile to prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, water, vanilla pudding.
5. Mixi until smooth.
6. Foldi in whipped topping.
7. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture into prebaked pie crust.
8. Top with half of the cherry pie filling.
9. Repeat layers.
10. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
