Cherry, orange and peach preserves ingredients

  • 4 lb Peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 lb Sugar
  • 1 Orange, peeled, minced
  • 1 Orange rind, slivered
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb Almonds, blanched, slivered
  • 4 oz Cherries, Maraschino, sli

Cooking Cherry, orange and peach preserves

1.         ea into thin rings, reserve         ea liquid mix all ingredients including liquid from cherries.
2. Cook slowly and stir frequently for 45 minutes or until thick (like honey).
3. Pour intosmall jelly jars.
4. Process jars for 10 minutes in simmeringwater.
