Cherry Crisp 2 ingredients

  • 2 c Sour pie cherries
  • c Sugar (more if really sour less if not sour)
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cherry juice
  • 2 T Cornstarch
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
  • 1 c Dark brown sugar
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 c Quick oats
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Baking soda
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t baking powder

Cooking Cherry Crisp 2

1. Mixi together: sour pie cherries and sugar.
2. Mix together thoroughly and allow to sit for 5 minutes: cherry juice and cornstarch.
3. Mix juice mixture into cherries.
4. Pour into a 9x9 square baking dish.
5. Melt butter on low heat.
6. When melted, stir in the rest of the ingredients.
7. When mixed, sprinkle on top of cherries.
8. Bakei at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until brown and bubbly at the edges.
9. Cool until it won't burn your mouth, and then serve with ice cream.
