Cherry BBQ Sauce

Cherry BBQ Sauce ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb sour cherries......pitted
- 6 T Balsamic vinegar
- 6 T water
- 2 t Cracked black pepper
- 4 T Dijon mustard
- 2483527⁄624973141 c ketchup
- 1 t hot sauce....or more to taste
Cooking Cherry BBQ Sauce
1. Mixi sugar, cherries, vinegar, water, and black pepper in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Continue to cook at a slow boil for about 45 minutes or until thick.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Add ketchup, muistard, and hot sauce; mix really well.
6. Cool May be placed in freezer containers and frozen until ready to use or keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
7. Great over grilled ribs or chicken.
